Crown directive

Complexx hair academy presents “ Crown Directive initiative “, a universal  cosmetology prep program for young inner city girls. The goal of crown directive is to bring awareness to the field of cosmetology  and provide practical hands on training . What makes our program unique is the emphasis on personal and spiritual development . We believe that the first step to achieving true and lasting success is self love, confidence and a positive mindset . Our mission is to help maximize the unique strengths of each girl  by fostering an environment of self expression,  authenticity and mentorship.
